5.4/10

The hotel has a great waterpark that my kids loved, but the overall condition needs improvement. The rooms were quite outdated and not very clean, and the noise levels inside the hotel were frustrating. While the location was convenient for a family getaway, I wouldn't say it was worth the price given the issues we faced during our stay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were dark, lacked outside windows, and had a musty smell. The carpet was dirty, and I even felt uncomfortable walking barefoot on the floor.
Service
5.0
Service was somewhat lacking; we struggled with cleanliness and could hear staff making jokes about guests, which felt unprofessional.
Location
7.0
The location was convenient, being close to the waterpark and family-friendly activities, but I would recommend avoiding weekends to steer clear of the chaos.
Dining
5.0
We found dining options in the area to be overpriced, and we didn't take advantage of hotel dining, which seemed limited.
Facilities
6.0
While the waterpark was fun, some attractions were broken or not functional, making it feel less appealing.

5.0/10

My stay at this hotel was far from ideal. While the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the attractions, the room left a lot to be desired. It was dirty and had a persistent bad smell. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, and the amenities felt outdated, making it difficult for my family to enjoy our time here. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Rooms

The room was dirty and smelled bad, which made for an uncomfortable stay. I could feel the springs of the bed, and the cleanliness was simply unacceptable.
Service
5.0
The service from the lobby staff was rude and unhelpful, which added to my frustration during my stay.
Location

The location is very convenient, being close to Clifton Hill and the attractions in Niagara, which is a definite plus.

5.4/10

I had a hit-or-miss experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, and the family rooms with bunks are a nice touch. However, I found the price to be quite high for what was offered, and the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired with cleanliness issues.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a mixed bag; some had an unpleasant odor and cleanliness was an issue, with noticeable stains on carpets and furniture. The beds were uncomfortably cold and the heating seemed inadequate.
Service
5.0
The service was friendly overall, but there was one front desk staff member who came off as rude and dismissive, which overshadowed the more helpful staff.
Location
9.0
The location is one of the strongest points, within walking distance to many attractions and dining options, making it very convenient.
Dining
6.0
Dining was decent, but given the overall cost of the stay, I expected better breakfast options or more value.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities seemed outdated and not well maintained, particularly concerning the pool area. I experienced issues and had to leave the pool due to safety concerns.

6.8/10

The hotel has a bit of an older charm, but the experience was great overall. It's very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. On the downside, there were some issues with customer service, especially when it came to billing problems. The location is fantastic for heading out to nearby attractions, and the waterpark is a big plus, although access can be a bit complicated.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and standard, but could definitely use some updating. We found them to be comfortable enough for our stay.
Service
5.0
While many of the staff were friendly, I encountered some major issues with customer service regarding billing, which left a bad taste in my mouth. They were not very accommodating when I raised my concerns.
Location
9.0
The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from Clifton Hill and all of its attractions. It's far enough from the noise to be peaceful while still being convenient.
Dining
Facilities

The waterpark access was easy, but there were limitations with the elevators for those with strollers, which could make things a bit challenging.

7.0/10

I had a nice stay at this hotel with my family, as it offered a great location right near the main attractions and an amazing waterpark. The check-in process was exceptionally easy, and the rooms were clean. However, the furniture seemed outdated and could definitely use some updates. Overall, it's good value for money, but don’t expect anything too modern.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean but were quite dated and smaller than I expected based on the pictures. It felt like they were in need of a refresh, especially the furniture and amenities.
Service
7.0
The service was mostly pleasant, with staff being helpful when needed. However, I did notice a lack of staffing in common areas during busy times, which made it feel a bit chaotic.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic; being so close to everything Niagara Falls has to offer made it easy to walk around and enjoy the attractions, especially with the waterpark just a short distance away.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited and a bit overpriced for what we received, with some confusion over charges at breakfast plus some items being double-charged. It could have been better.
Facilities
8.0
The waterpark is definitely a highlight for families, with plenty of fun for both kids and adults. However, the overall facilities could use an infusion of modern updates to enhance the experience.
